cp's OEIS Frontend

This is a front-end for the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences, made by Christian Perfect. The idea is to provide OEIS entries in non-ancient HTML, and then to think about how they're presented visually. The source code is on GitHub.

It appears that this is the same as A305369(4k+3)/2.
This is an (apparent) link between A109812 and A305369, and a formula or recurrence would benefit both sequences.
