cp's OEIS Frontend

This is a front-end for the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences, made by Christian Perfect. The idea is to provide OEIS entries in non-ancient HTML, and then to think about how they're presented visually. The source code is on GitHub.

Subset of A031443 and A144798.
These numbers have digital mean dm(b, n) = (Sum_{i=1..d} 2*d_i - (b-1)) / (2*d) = 0, where d is the number of digits in the base b representation of n and d_i the individual digits, for 2 <= b <= 4.
