Examples

			For n = 3 the 12 overcompositions of 3 are [3], [3'], [1, 2], [1', 2], [1, 2'], [1', 2'], [2, 1], [2', 1], [2, 1'], [2', 1'], [1, 1, 1], [1', 1, 1], hence the sum of all parts is 3+3+1+2+1+2+1+2+1+2+2+1+2+1+2+1+2+1+1+1+1+1+1+1 = 3*12 = 36, so a(3) = 36.
