cp's OEIS Frontend

This is a front-end for the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences, made by Christian Perfect. The idea is to provide OEIS entries in non-ancient HTML, and then to think about how they're presented visually. The source code is on GitHub.

A164039 a(n+1) = 3*a(n) - n.

Formula

a(0) = 1; a(n+1) = 3*a(n) - n.
a(n) = (3^n + 2*n + 3)/4.
From R. J. Mathar, Aug 09 2009: (Start)
a(n) = 5*a(n-1)-7*a(n-2)+3*a(n-3).
G.f.: (1-3*x+x^2)/((1-3*x)*(1-x)^2). (End)
E.g.f.: (1/4)*((2*x + 3)*exp(x) + exp(3*x)). - G. C. Greubel, Sep 08 2017
