Examples

			For n = 15, the subsets A of {0,1,...,n-1} with |A + A| > |A - A| are (0, 2, 3, 4, 7, 11, 12, 14); (0, 2, 3, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14); (0, 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 12, 13, 14) and (0, 1, 2, 5, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14). So, the largest cardinality is 9.
